The California Department of Public Health offices and the CA-EBRS and EDRS/FDRS helpdesks will be closed Tuesday November 11th for the Veterans Day Holiday.
Normal operations will resume on Wednesday Nov 12th.

For EDRS/FDRS system problems please contact the CA-EDRS Helpdesk at [email protected] or (916) 552-8123 and leave a message with a description of your problem and your contact information.
State EDRS staff cannot issue disposition (burial) permits. Please continue to coordinate with your local public health departments for burial permits.
For VRBIS system problems please contact the VRBIS Helpdesk at [email protected] or (279) 217-0995 and leave a message with a description of your problem and your contact information.
Helpdesk Staff will either resolve the problem or contact you as quickly as possible upon return to the office
